For outsourced transfers, enter transfer price, shipping, minimum orders and replacement costs. Include any heat-press work you must still perform under either option.
Cost per acceptable transfer = costs for the period / acceptable transfers for the period. Add your actual order stability, lead-time needs and ability to maintain equipment. Leave unknown figures blank; this framework does not assume sales volume or a payback period. Keep upfront equipment investment separate from period operating costs.
